How big are the totes?
Our totes are 27-gallon, big enough for books and kitchen gear, and still manageable to lift when full.
How long can I keep them?
Every package includes 14 days. If you need longer, extra days are $5 per day per package.
What if I run out of totes?
Add extra totes for $2 each. Call or text and we'll add them to your delivery.
Where do you deliver?
Fort Smith, Van Buren and the surrounding area. Delivery and pickup are free within 50 miles of ZIP 72956, then $1.50 per mile beyond that.
Do I need an app for the packing list?
No. Scan the QR code or tap the tag with your phone and the list opens in your browser. You get a short move code at delivery to keep your list private.
Can I get totes in a hurry?
Call or text and ask about rush delivery. A rush fee may apply.
